What kinds of carpet and upholstery cleaning (Method) services do you provide?

Deep cleaning, also referred to as steam cleaning or the hot water extraction method, is a service we can offer you. and a variety of other cleaning techniques depending on the style and fabric of the carpets.

How long does it take for the flooring to dry?

After approximately 3 to 4 hours, your carpet will be left damp to dry using our unique steam cleaning technique. Give it a little more time if the flooring is extremely soiled and stained, though, as more cleaning solution must have been used. However, if you are worried about drying, let our cleaning technicians know. They can give you advice on drying times and, if necessary, use some specialized methods to hasten the process.

How frequently should my rugs be cleaned?

Do you thoroughly eliminate red wine stains?

Dressers, china cabinets, electronics, and pianos are items we do transport. It’s crucial that the client moves any priceless items or furniture that contains priceless items.

Is there a possibility of shrinkage?

It is extremely unlikely that the cleaning procedure will make a carpet shrink if it was installed correctly. Prior to any cleaning, our technicians conduct a thorough inspection and test for possible issues like shrinkage.

What are the hours of labor for your cleaners?

Bond or Spring cleaning

Do I have to be present when you clean my house?

As long as we have access to your land, as well as access to electricity and water, you don’t need to be at home. However, we prefer that you be home when the service is finished so you can review the outcomes and make arrangements for payments.

Do you offer washing supplies and machinery?

The price you were originally given by one of our representatives includes the provision of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Can I let your workers work unattended?

To deliver a high-quality service, our cleaners are thoroughly taught, screened, and supervised. As long as you are present at the beginning of the service to let them in and toward the conclusion to check their work, you are free to leave them at the property to complete their task. However, you are more than welcome to stay on the land the entire time if you don’t feel comfortable leaving them unattended.

Do I give the full amount to you or the cleaner?

Can a third entity cover the cost of cleaning?

If you are unable to be present at the conclusion of the service, a third party may pay for it as long as you have notified us in advance and given the contact information for your representative.

Do you include wall scrubbing in your spring cleaning services?

We do clean the surfaces. We won’t, however, attempt to wash the roof and walls. However, we will remove all dust. However, if you ask us to, we will wash and/or clean the surfaces. Due to the time involved, this service will be more expensive, and you will be entirely responsible for any wall harm.

What else does the bond or spring cleaning NOT include?

Carpet cleaning, exterior window cleaning, and any other external areas are not included in our spring cleaning (new tenancy cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, pre/post occupational cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, after-builders cleaning, or just one-time spring cleaning of your property) (patios, gardens, external staircases, parking spaces, balconies, terraces). These services can be obtained for an additional fee.

How do I make a utility payment?

Card is the preferred form of payment at the moment of service. Before cleaners are dispatched, proof of payment must be sent to our headquarters via EFT or bank deposit. If we have a contract arrangement, we would be delighted to invoice you at the end of each month for your convenience.

Can I get my partner, my landlord, or another person to cover the cost of the cleaning?

We ask that payment be made by the individual making the reservation. Please make arrangements for payment in advance if you won’t be present in person when the cleaning is done. If you prefer, you can give us a purchase order on letterhead that includes your information and payment instructions.

Can I pick the day and hour the work is to be completed?

Yes. Simply give us a call at least 24 hours in advance of the time you would like us to come, and we will do our best to be there for you.

General FAQs

Do you charge a cost for cancellations?

Only when the service is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or when the customer fails to grant our team entry as previously agreed upon do we charge a cancellation fee.

When can the cleaning crew arrive?

In most cases, particularly if you can call in the morning, we can provide cleaners on the same day. However, to ensure that you have your choice of appointment dates and times, we advise making a reservation in preparation.

Do I have to pay additional costs for parking or congestion?

You won’t be charged any additional fees if you can give the cleaners a free parking spot. Only congestion (if the site address is within the Queensland congestion charge region) or parking fees may be added on top of the price.

How are your workers vetted?

All of our cleaners are needed to attend an interview with us at our office and bring the following documentation:

  • Proof of identity and employment authorization in Australia.
  • Evidence of a home location
  • Two thoroughly screened references

How far in advance do you need notice?
